I was so excited the day Your Songs arrived in the mail. I ripped it open and put it in immediately, as soon as it started it made me feel like I needed a martini, a party dress and a dance floor full of friends. The album is amazing, it is full of classic songs that I grew up hearing and loving. They are songs that make me feel warm and fuzzy inside. The track list with songs by Nat King Cole, Frank, and Billy Joel, makes you remember the first time you felt the feeling of falling of love. Harry’s voice gives the classic crooners song the tribute they need. I could imagine him singing in a smokey night club full of gangsters and not be out of place. So as you are can guess I give Your songs a 4 and a 1/2 out of five.
Make sure to go check out Harry Connick Jr.’s website, to find out more information about Your Songs, about his work to rebuild New Orleans, and about some of the TV appearances he will be making in the next few weeks. This review was made possible by One2One Network.

I remember the music that my mom loved to listen to (still loves to listen to). It just brings back so many memories and makes you feel warm and fuzzy, like you said.
